UPDATE Dec 2022: A large portion of this land has been sold to a home builder who had plans to build hundreds of new homes. Ironwood frontage is still zoned commercial. The new owners are still discussing different uses. No formal application to rezone has been submitted, meaning the county has not been contacted regarding terminating the original plans and they are still expecting the development to continue.

Beginning discussions of a massive multi-use master-planned development to include a hotel, multi-family apartment units, up to 300,000 square feet of entertainment, dining, fitness, and other retail uses with 50 acres of engineered, platted single-family residential lots all thoughtfully designed with lakes and 15 acres of open space.
